Spring into shape with CYC Fitness.
I love sharing my passions with you guys. Fashion, art, food.. The one part of my life I haven't really shared here is my love of fitness! Today I want to share with you my most recent workout obsession. Back in June, I tried my first spinning class at CYC fitness. I was instantly hooked! CYC is the most fun, best workout I've ever had! Jenny (who is a kick ass lady and cycologist) and I teamed up for a little show and tell about our favorite workout.
Their tag line is "party on a bike" and that describes their classes perfectly! During a CYC class, you ride to the beat of the music and the cycologists have THE BEST playlists. The music and the energy the cycologists bring to the class really make it like a party in the studio. I didn't know it was possible to have fun and sweat so much all at the same time!
Not only do I love the music and the energy but the workout is killer! You don't only get a serious cardio workout in, but you've got strength incorporated too. In each class you're seriously working the whole body, the whole time. You can count on even cranking up the resistance on those legs and getting a weight workout in. I've always felt like if I'm going to take the time to go to a workout class, then I want to get a damn good workout... and at CYC I always get a full body workout and leave drenched and feeling epic!
