While these positions may be involved here and there with Those White Walls & my personal/blog projects, these positions are for a new business. I am looking for motivated, creative, fun individuals who are eager to learn, grow and help build a new, exciting creative business. Oh, and you must love dogs. Obi snuggles are a part of the job. ;)

Creative assistant / manager: 15-20 hours per week with potential to go full time. Paid.
About this Job:
Seeking an extremely organized and creative assistant and manager for part time job with growth potential to full time. Employee will help run and manage a new business. Job is in person & a minimum of 15 hours/ week.
Position requires:
Knowledge of social media (Instagram, Reels and Tik Tok) including trends, strategy and marketing

Creating content and managing social media channels for up to 3 brands. Includes Instagram stories, Reels and Tik Tok creation, scheduling, posting and interacting on social media in comments and DMs
Email marketing
Managing email correspondence
Physical organization including unboxing, managing inventory, keeping space organized and tidy etc.
Staffing and overseeing photo shoots and events
Infrequent errands
Dedication to boosting brand awareness and increasing social media presence.

Creative Internship (with commission based pay)
Seeks TWO extremely organized and creative individuals for an internship position. You will assist with all all aspects of running a small creative business. We will be focusing on building creative content and running social channels. Position is in person minimum 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Filming and editing of video content
Creating content for Instagram stories, Reels and Tik Tok
Email marketing
Physical organization including unboxing, managing inventory, keeping space organized and tidy etc.
Assisting and overseeing photo shoots and events
Infrequent errands
Assist in developing blog content.
Assist in developing new ideas for blog content.
Create blog content and assist with photo/video shoots and events.
Administrative and operational duties.
Preparing spreadsheets and other organization tools.
Various other tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in videography, photography & editing
Passion for creativity
Highly motivated, self directed, positive, creative, energetic, ambitious and driven.
Flexible and comfortable multi tasking, working individually and as part of a team.
Able to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Dedication to boosting brand awareness and increasing social media presence.
You will gain experience in a variety of areas and exposure to every aspect of running multiple small businesses. You will be immersed into the photography and fashion industry in Chicago and when possible you will be included in attending industry events. I got my start in the fashion industry in Chicago interning for a fashion blogger while I was a student at Columbia College Chicago. The connections I made as an intern have helped me tremendously in growing my businesses. The goal is for this internship to do the same for you.
