A Neutral Look + A Favorite Local Charity

As you very well know, most days you'll find me in black or on days I am feeling adventurous... maybe, white. This is something I've really been trying to work on. I love color and love when other people wear it, sometimes it's just out of my comfort zone. (2017 goal- incorporate more color into my wardrobe). Anyways, one way I've been subtly adding to my black/white clothing addiction is with subtle color or neutrals. I recently found THIS vest and fell in love with the color. The subtle hint of pink was a perfect step outside of my colorless box. I paired THIS vest with a simple, bell sleeved blouse for a fun extra detail. I decided to go with a classic pair of Levis to keep this outfit on the brighter side and topped it off with a simple black bootie.

For accessories, I wanted to keep it neutral but also tie in the back bootie. I added THIS beautiful neutral Timex watch and a super fun wristlet from Coach with Rexy (that's the dino's name) on it to tie in the black bootie. For the final touch I added a fun sterling silver spike necklace from my jewelry line, Just The 2 Of us.

Here I am also carrying the Winter Bouquet from my favorite flower delivery service in Chicago (which also happens to be an amazing charity), Flowers For Dreams. They create beautiful, modern bouquets with honest, affordable pricing AND offer free delivery (same day delivery is $10)! The best part? 1/4 of ALL of their profits is donated to a local charity. They choose one charity per month to donate to. In the two years they've been around they've donated over $140,000 to local charities. Pretty amazing, huh!? So, if you're looking to send your loved ones some beautiful flowers this Holiday season (or anytime, really!) I highly recommend Flowers For Dreams! You'll love the bouquet and at the same time you'll be doing good... and that's always, well, really good.
